What is the cost for delivery?

Delivery is a flat $18 Australia wide for all orders. All deliveries are fully insured against damage or loss at no additional charge.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Straight Edged Fridge Magnets:   24 hour production
Shaped and Rounded Corner Fridge Magnets:   3 - 5 business days
Straight Edged Car Door Magnets:   48 hour production

Production time begins once order is fully paid and artwork has been approved. If the production period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the order will begin production the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

When will my order be delivered once it has been manufactured?

The following table displays the number of delivery days it takes for you to receive your order once it has been manufactured.

All delivery time frames are quoted Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

At Mister Magnets our team would love to meet you; however as our warehouse is focused on processing such a high volume of orders each day, we are unable to offer pick ups.

Do you ship to countries outside of Australia?

No. At present, Mister Magnets only ships magnets to all parts of Australia, door to door.

  PAYMENT / INVOICING

What does Order Now, Pay Later mean?

Once your order has been placed, our creative team will start work on your design and submit it for your approval. Once all artworks have been completed and approved, payment will only then become due.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Amex®, PayPal®, Direct Deposit and Cheques as payment methods. We do not charge you any type of credit card fees on orders up to $10,000 in value.

Do you offer trading accounts or a COD service?

Unfortunately we do not offer trading accounts or a COD service. This helps keep our costs down so we can pass on the savings directly to you.

Are there any credit card fees?

Absolutely not! It is un-Australian to practice this type of conduct. Zero fees.

Will I receive a tax invoice after payment?

Yes, once you have approved your artwork and successfully completed your payment, an official tax invoice will automatically be emailed to you.

Do you store my credit card details?

No. Your credit card details are sent directly to our secure payment gateway. We never see your credit card details and we do not store them in our system. All credit card information is handled via a secure connection using the latest SSL encryption technology.

Am I required to pre-pay for my order?

In short, yes. However payment is only due once all artworks are approved. The reason we ask for payment before your magnets are produced is due to the fact that fridge magnets are 100% custom made just for your business. It is not possible for us to resell your magnets to anyone else in the event that you change your mind.

  RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled at any time before you approve your artwork and pay for your order.

What is your returns / refund policy?

If Mister Magnets have caused a mistake or misprint in your magnets, we are happy to reprint your magnets at no additional charge or offer you a full refund for your order. Also, we will cover the delivery cost of any returned product for these orders.

For the magnets to be covered by our 'Lowest Price or its Free' policy, they must be:

  • the same product, quantity and size, including delivery, artwork and any other charges;

  • the pricing must be available to both Mister Magnets and the general public;

How are your prices lower than your competitors?

Mister Magnets is the largest and fastest growing fridge magnet manufacturer in Australia. We run a very efficient operation and with our massive buying power, we pass on the savings to our customers.

Are there any hidden fees in your pricing?

No. Many of our competitors advertise what may seem a 'lower' price than ours, however they charge extra for GST, expensive artwork fees, delivery costs and credit card charges. Mister Magnets is upfront with all our pricing and prefers not to trick our customers into an artificially lower price.

How can I place an order?

  • our creative team will start work on your design and send you a proof for your review
  • you submit any changes relating to your artwork
  • once you approve your artwork proof, payment will then become due
  • you will receive a tax invoice after your payment has been made
  • production of your magnets will commence
  • once your magnets have been manufactured they will be shipped directly to your door

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Can I be emailed a quote before ordering?

Yes, simply add all of your items to your shopping cart and press the 'Email Cart as Quote' button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.

What are your minimum order quantities?

500 units, however you can save by ordering in larger quantities, up to 70%.

Can you send me a sample pack?

Sure. Simply click here or email us your business name, contact name, delivery address and phone number and we'll send out your sample pack. You may also be interested in viewing our Quality Guarantee.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes, once you have submitted your order with your artwork requirements, our creative graphic designers will send you your artwork for review. You are free to make changes and we only begin to manufacture your order once you are 100% happy and approve your final artwork.

Do you offer a guest checkout?

Yes. You are free to checkout as a guest without the need of telling us your mother's maiden name and whole life story.

  PRODUCTS / QUALITY

What is the thickness of your magnets?

The thickness of a magnet has nothing to do with the strength. We manufacture a high grade commercial strength magnet designed to hold up more paper than the thickest magnets on the market.

Weaker, flimsy magnets portray a cheap, weak image that continually fall off the fridge, ultimately getting thrown out. Our magnet thickness is 0.7mm and will easily hold up at least a full size manilla folder.

Are your magnets produced with a high gloss protective finish?

Yes, all of our magnets are finished with a high gloss protective coating called 'cellosheen'. This finish keeps your magnets looking brand new, year after year.

Are your magnets printed using an offset or digital process?

All of our magnets are produced using the offset printing process. Offset printing is the highest definition, premium quality option with a finish like the front cover of a glossy magazine.

Digital printing, on the other hand, is produced using large colour photocopiers. Images are not as sharp as offset and can often look a little pixelated.

Can I order magnets in a custom size?

Yes. We offer a range of standard sizes, however we can manufacture any size that meets your requirements. Click here for pricing.

Do you offer quantities lower than 500 units?

Our minimum order size for fridge magnets is 500 units. This has been changed from 1000 for your convenience, though it does become more cost efficient when you order in larger quantities.

Can you send me a sample pack?

  ARTWORK

Do you charge artwork fees?

No. Most companies charge around $55 - $75 per hour to modify or create your artwork. We offer this service free of charge and our creative graphic designers will provide you with a digital proof of your design for your approval. Once you are 100% happy with your design, we will then progress your order into production.

What file formats do you accept?

Electronic files come in all shapes and sizes. Generally the bigger the better. Just send us what you have and our professional graphic designers will do their magic!

In general, our preferred file formats include .ai / .pdf / .eps / .cdr / .tiff / .jpg / .psd

What resolution should I supply my artwork?

For the best results, the higher the resolution, the sharper your image. A minimum of 300dpi is generally required.

How do I send you a file attachment?

Simply email artwork@mistermagnets.com.au with your details and a member of our customer support team will be in contact with you.

Will you assist with the design element of my magnets?

We'd love to! Our creative designers and marketing team will be happy to assist you in creating an eye-catching design to ensure you get the results you expect. This is a free service.

Who might have my artwork files?

If you still can't find your artwork files, try the usual suspects

Where might I access my artwork files?

A great way to access the electronic version of your artwork files is to search for other printed products you may have previously ordered. Below are some examples of where you may find your artwork files:

  • your computer - look inside any artwork folders
  • stationery - business cards, letterheads, envelopes
  • flyers - menus, brochures etc
  • promotional products - t-shirts, badges, pens, keyrings
  • company documents - newsletters, proposals, quotations
  • signage - banners, posters, window art

  PROOFING

Will I receive a proof to review before production?

Yes, our creative graphic designers will provide you with a digital proof of your design for you to approve. Once you are 100% happy with your design, we will then progress your order into production.

I have submitted changes to my artwork, what happens now?

Once you submit your changes, our graphic designers make the alterations to your artwork and you will receive another proof for your review usually on the same day. Worst case scenario the next business day.

Do you charge for alterations or additional proofs?

We provide the first three proofs at no charge. After this, each additional proof may incur a $20 fee. However, if your alterations have been incorrectly modified by our designers, these will not count towards your free proofs.

Can I still make changes to my artwork after I have approved?

No. Once you have approved and paid for your order, it progresses immediately into production. Please carefully check your artwork before approving.

Can you guarantee the accuracy of colours used on my printing?

We cannot guarantee an exact match in colour between your graphic file, photograph, proof, previously printed matter or any other materials you supply and the printed article of your order.

All reasonable efforts shall be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction of your work but variation is inherent in the print process.
