Returns Policy

If Mister Magnets have caused a mistake or misprint in your magnets, we are happy to reprint your magnets at no additional charge or offer you a full refund for your order at our discretion. Also, we will cover the delivery cost of any returned product for these orders.

•  To lodge a return, simply contact Mister Magnets within 28 days of delivery:

•  Please supply the following information for all returns:

•  Processing your Return:

• Mister Magnets will create a shipping label and express it to you within 1 day of request
• Mister Magnets will arrange a courier to pick up your package(s) within 1 day from approving the return
• Your package will return to our head office for assessment. The returns approval outcome will take up to 1 business day for you to be informed

•  Refund or Reprint:

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1 business day and your account will be credited
• For refunds, please supply:
       - your bank account name
       - your bank account Number
       - your BSB number
• If the customer prefers their refund to be put back on their credit card, we can also arrange this within 1 business day
• If a reprint is granted, it will go into production immediately and standard turnaround times apply (see website for details)

•  Exchanges

• Mister Magnets manufactures custom made products that are specially made for each customer and thus do not qualify for an exchange.

•  Returns Window

• You may initiate a return within 28 days of your successful delivery.
• The return window begins from receiving your successful delivery
• The return process does not need to be completed within the first 28 days of a successful delivery
